This is most likely, the most general thinking about diabetes. If the patient have diabetes, then there is no need to check your sugar and carbohydrate intake to correctly control your blood sugar level with the help of your Registered Dietitian. WHAT IS DIABETES

A disease which occur by high levels of sugar in the blood is called Diabetes. To know about diabetes, it is important that we first understand the normal procedure by which food is broken down and used by the body for energy. Many process occur when food is digested:
Sugar which is called glucose enters the blood. It is a source of fuel for the body.
An organ that we called the pancreas makes insulin. The work of insulin is to send glucose from the bloodstream into muscle, fat, and liver cells, where it can be used as a fuel.
People with diabetes have high blood sugar. This is because:
Pancreas of these peoples does not make enough insulin
Muscle, fat, and liver cells of these people do not respond to insulin normally
There are three major types of diabetes:
Type 1 diabetes is usually diagnosed in childhood. Most patients are diagnosed when they are older than age 20. By this disease, the body make little or no insulin. Injections of insulin are necessary. We do not know the exact cause of this disease. Genetics, autoimmune, and viruses, problems may play a role.
Type 2 diabetes It is more common than type 1. It makes up most cases of diabetes. It mostly occurs in adulthood, but youngblood people are increasingly diagnosed with this disease. The pancreas of these people does not make enough insulin to keep the glucose level of the blood normal, because the body does not respond good to insulin. Most people with type 2 diabetes do not know they have it, although it is a very serious condition. Type 2 diabetes is more common due to failure of exercise.
Gestational diabetes It is high blood glucose which develops at any time when thewoman is pregnant who does not have diabetes. Those women who have gestational diabetes are at high risk of cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes later in life.

Control Your BLOOD Pressure

Mostly the adults have regarding five liters of blood which flows through the body through a complex system of blood vessels called arteries, capillaries and veins. It is necessary for life to deliver oxygen from our lungs to our body tissues, and carries damaging waste to the kidneys to be detached. Also blood transports hormones from our glands to a variety of parts of our bodies, also vitamins and nutrients from our digestive tracts.
When the blood vessels become blocked due to a plaque which buildup of fat and cholesterol, our heart must work two times as hard to pump sufficient blood to our essential organs.
When the pressure increases inside our arteries, veins and capillaries, our hearts turn into even more overworked. So our hearts produce larger in an effort to balance the further workload and finally they become weaker.
When you add, smoking, to the combine, the risk of heart attack, stroke or kidney infection. Blood pressure increases dramatically. So it is essential to identify what your blood pressure is.
Researches suggest that you keep a blood pressure lower than 140/90 mm Hg to have a rest. The high figure represents the highest pressure exerted when the heart contracts (systole). It shows the severity of the large arteries close to the heart, and the quantity of blood pumped into them. The lesser number shows the pressure exerted when the heart start to relax between beats (diastole), now before the next narrowing. It dealings the quantity of limitation of the body's smaller arteries or arterioles

Lower Cholesterol to Lower Heart Risk

In June 2003 the reports out of the United Kingdom was a name to act for people with diabetes and their physicians. In the Heart Protection Study Investigators had reported a year previous that the drug simvastatin had lowered cholesterol levels in study subjects and decrease the threat of heart attack and stroke by 25%. The scientist then looked thosesubgroup of subjects who had diabetes, and in print their conclusion in June 2003.
They found that lower levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol (often referred to as “bad” cholesterol) by 39 mg/dl resulted in a 22% fall in the possibility of a first heart attack or knock in people with diabetes. Major cardiac settlement were found even in people who entered the lessons with no symbols of main hardening and those whose LDL levels were within the ranges that don’t mechanically propose the need for LDL-lowering drugs. These results lead the researchers to terminate their statement with a statement that “statin cure should now be considered normally for all diabetic patients at suitably high risk of major vascular trial, irrespective of their initial cholesterol concentrations.”
The liaison between the various forms of lipids (blood fats such as cholesterol and and heart disease was described as premature as the 1930’s and complete in the Framingham Heart Study in the 1970’s and by several other studies since then. It is a key contributor to triglycerides athroscleroses, the “hardness of the arteries” that leads to heart infection, , and PERIPHRAL VASCULAR DISEASE.
Mostly this is important to people with diabetes, in whom atherosclerosis is much more common. With diabetes Three-quarters of people will die of complications that occur from atherosclerosis. They have a 2–4 times higher risk of heart attack and stroke They also perform less well follow a heart attack or surgery. In the peripheral circulation Atherosclerosis, mostly in the leg arteries, is 2–4 times more probable in people with diabetes. This can guide to unsafe clots, sting, and amputation.
