Mostly the adults have regarding five liters of blood which flows through the body through a complex system of blood vessels called arteries, capillaries and veins. It is necessary for life to deliver oxygen from our lungs to our body tissues, and carries damaging waste to the kidneys to be detached.Also blood transports hormones from our glands to a variety of parts of our bodies, also vitamins and nutrients from our digestive tracts.
When the blood vessels become blocked due to a plaque which buildup of fat and cholesterol, our heart must work two times as hard to pump sufficient blood to our essential organs.
When the pressure increases inside our arteries, veins and capillaries, our hearts turn into even more overworked. So our hearts produce larger in an effort to balance the further workload and finally they become weaker.
When you add, smoking, to the combine, the risk of heart attack, stroke or kidney infection. Blood pressure increases dramatically. So it is essential to identify what your blood pressure is.
Researches suggest that you keep a blood pressure lower than 140/90 mm Hg to have a rest. The high figure represents the highest pressure exerted when the heart contracts (systole). It shows the severity of the large arteries close to the heart, and the quantity of blood pumped into them. The lesser number shows the pressure exerted when the heart start to relax between beats (diastole), now before the next narrowing. It dealings the quantity of limitation of the body's smaller arteries or arterioles
